Welcome to the
Lakes Region Newcomers Club

"Find new fun and friends with us"

Local Info and Links

This page contains a wealth of information about, and instant one-click hotlinks to the web sites of, many of our favorite places. Look for sports and many other activity venues; shop for specialized hobby supplies and equipment; find event information and special attractions such as fairs and festivals; find town, county, state and other helpful websites; get directions, prices, schedules, menus and more.

The list is alphabetical by category/keyword (For example: Skiing - followed by a number of places to ski and shop). Scroll through and see what interests you.  We are in the process of setting up a hotlinked categories directory to help make it easier to navigate the extensive and growing collection of information.

Help this page grow!  What do you know of that should be added?  Send your ideas or information to Jane O'Brien at janieo157@gmail.com.
